The Journey is TrailHaven’s most in-depth leadership experience—a cohesive, long-term, transformational journey to support lasting change.

Designed in close collaboration with you, this six-to-twelve-month program cultivates and transforms leadership on a personal and organizational level.

Participants engage in a dynamic blend of assessments, one-to-one coaching, and group mentoring in a variety of formats. These work alongside TrailHaven’s signature immersive wilderness trails and nature-based exploration of leadership.
