OUR INTENTION

Inherently, all people are deeply connected to Nature, but some have forgotten this. Our yearning to reconnect with the natural world is latent, and if surfaced and held with expert facilitation and in purpose-led teams, profound creativity, insight, and leadership can arise. It is a potent field for integration and development.

With such deep potential impact on the self, and on teams, organizations, and the world, we are called to create a co-learning space for senior facilitators to grow their capacity to utilize this natural field – safely, effectively, and with joy.

To become conscious in our decisions, we must re-visit our true Nature. From that space we can create meaningful questions and seek authentic answers. Nature is a natural source of inspiration and wisdom. In our connection with Nature, we step away from the routines of daily life to create the space for exploration and discovery of what is truly needed to embrace transformation in your work and life.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

To the extent possible, we intend this to be a co-creation between TrailHaven, our faculty, and participants, with the core intention that participants will:

– Engage with and open themselves to a true personal development experience.

– Grow their capacity as a transformational facilitator, coach, and convener.

– Practice with new ways of facilitating, and in new environments.

– Experiment in their life and client work by applying the principles and formats shared in program.

– Explore hands-on outdoor skills: navigation, rough terrain, nutrition, fire, shelter, etc.
