INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCE PROGRAM

Description
Join us on a expedition to bridge gaps between cultural differences when doing business abroad. We will build on the theory from the online masterclass, with short intensive and lively presentations, followed by reflection and practice time with fellow participants through campfire discussions. We will work with different methods and skills in nature as well as joint case study/exercises on adaptive leadership in which all your newly acquired skills will be put to the test.

Join us to explore the Vanoise Natural Park located in Savoy, between the high valleys of Maurienne and Tarentaise, with 107 peaks culminating at more than 3000 meters, on which many glaciers remain.
